Blueberry Crisp


dog
4 cups blueberries
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup softened margarine

1. Put berries in shallow baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with lemon rind.
3. Blend remaining ingredients and sprinkle on berries.
4. Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven (375 degrees).

Cook's Comments :
Be sure to serve warm. For an extra treat: put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Makes my mouth water already!
