David's Birthday Special: Crazy Cherry Pie

1 graham-cracker piecrust
1/4 cup cold water
1 envelope plain gelatine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 can of cherry pie filling - 2 1/2 cups

1. Disolve gelatine in water over low heat.
2. Stir until clear.
3. Combine milk, lemon juice and gelatine in bowl.
4. Fold in sour cream.
5. Mix in 1 1/4 cups of the pie filling.
6. Place in the pie crust.
7. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
8. Garnish top with remaining cherry filling.

Cook's Comments :
This dessert was my mother-in-law's contribution to her grandson's birthday dinner for at least 20 years! David loves that crazy pie!
