Nannie's Skillet-fried Corn


stick girl
4 slices of bacon
3 cups cut fresh corn (canned or frozen works too!)
1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
2. Add corn and onions to bacon drippings. Cover.
3. Cook over low heat til just tender (5-8 mins).
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle bacon over top.
