I am not certain as to the location of this place of pilgrimage. Could it be Kappel? Perhaps it is Fuchsmühl since that is where the prayer card was printed. That this church is dedicated to the Trinity is obvious from the interior of the card, as well as the prayer on the obverse side. Below is the card unfolded.
