Yummy Succotash


a horse
2 packages frozen baby limas
3 cups frozen corn kernels
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup half-and-half
Salt and pepper
Parsley, chopped

1. Combine lima beans and corn in large skillet.
2. Add butter and half-and-half.
3. Cook over low heat til tender, creamy and hot.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
