Teriyaki Chicken


leaf
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package fryer parts

1. Combine first three ingredients.
2. Arrange chicken pieces in shallow pan.
3. Pour sauce over chicken. Turn to coat.
4. Marinate a couple hours, turning occasionally.
5. Cover pan with foil.
6. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove foil. Turn pieces over.
8. Bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.

Cook's Comments :
My oven runs hot, so I bake at 400 degrees.
