1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Melt margarine in baking pan over low heat.
3. Add brown sugar and stir until disolved.
4. Arrange pineapple and a few cherries in pan.
5. Prepare cake mix, using leftover juice and water.
6. Fill pan 3/4 full and bake 30-40 minutes.
7. It's done! (edges begin to pull away from sides)
8. After baking, run knife around edges to loosen.
9. Wait a minute. Then invert cake on serving plate.

This was my husband's favorite birthday cake. I usually used a 2-layer cake
mix package because I always baked two cakes. One was for my husband and one
was for the rest of us!
The child's drawing is my husband as "Grandaddily!"
